For many years, issues have arisen over the lack of good customer services. It's become increasingly difficult to find a company that's good in general — let alone one that provides a good product or service, stands by it, and provides a refund or satisfactory resolution when something goes awry.

I myself have experienced so many failures with companies that I decided enough is enough. So I set upon listing those companies together in one accessible spot, along with some others through word of mouth; what better way than through the Web?

Thus was Consumer Patrol 1 born.My goal to get these issues out in the open and to encourage companies to get their acts together.If they can't or won't, these companies must realize that smart consumers like you will shop elsewhere. It's just the natural laws of a free market...and we're here as a reminder.
